Here’s the deal… Our brewery reviews are subject to complete and accurate personal bias. We like just about everything and at the same time are incredibly picky. An oxymoron? Sure, we’ll go with that.

Two Hound Red | Glen Ellyn, IL
A few months back we visited Two Hound Red’s head brewer Steve Woertendyke, and we can both honestly say Steve has completely turned our beer world on its head. This article is a bit of a departure from what we’ve done in the past, but it is for the better. If I Brewed the World | St. Petersburg, FL
I think in the short time we’ve been doing this blog, one thing I can say for certain is that we have learned what we like in a brewery. Topsy Turvy | Lake Geneva, WI
“What happens when you haul a bunch of brewing equipment down to the lake and set up shop in an abandoned church?” You take me to my happy place that’s what happens. As an elder millennial and someone who loves all things with a bit of age and patina, visiting Topsy Turvey was a no brainer.
